True-Com™ MRCOM 1000 SMS

The MRCOM-1000-SMS (Stand-alone Military Switch) is part of the True-Com ™ product line. The MRCOM1000SMS is a rugged Layer 2+ Gigabit Ethernet switch subsystem equipped with ten [10] triple-speed 10/100/1000Mbps ports for connecting IPv4 and IPv6 compatible computing devices. This stand-alone unit features an onboard microprocessor for local/remote control managing and monitoring, as well as support for Quality of Service (QoS) traffic prioritization, Virtual Local-Area Network (VLAN) trunking, and Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol (RSTP) redundancy. The MRCOM1000SMS’s powerful feature set along with its small mobile lightweight form factor make it an obvious choice as an available, Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) solution. Unique advances in the design areas of Size, Weight, and Power (SWaP) and make it an excellent product for aircraft, man-portable (tactical) ground vehicles and maritime assets. The unit features industrial temperature grade components, near cable-less design, and zero moving parts for maximizing MTBF and reliability. The chassis uses a conduction-cooled aluminum construction with sealed MIL-38999 connectors and a DC-DC isolated MIL-STD-1275D power supply. This IP67 submersible subsystem is designed to meet harsh MIL-STD-461E EMI/EMC and MIL-STD-810F thermal, shock, vibe, humidity, altitude, and ingress standards.

True-Com™ PWD-100

The PWD-100 (Personal Wireless Device) is part of the True-Com™ product line and is one of Mobile Rugged’s series of small IP67 extreme wearable rugged wireless access point with an exchangeable single radio to support the latest Wi-Fi and Wi-MAX technologies for Ad Hoc Networks. This product is designed for civilian, industrial and military customers requiring mobile battery operated open source platform that comply with MIL-STD-810E. The PWD-100 delivers mobility without sacrificing data through put and security performance with its powerful hardware cryptographic accelerator engine as well features a high resolution Integrated GPS used for situational awareness and Blue Force Tracking.

True-Com™ COM Rapid Deployment Unit

The COM-RDU (Communication Rapid Deployment Unit) is part of the True-Com™ product line and gives you the ability to rapidly deploy a private, secure IP network with WIFI over a WAN Back Bone using  WIFI MESH, GSM or SATCOM network at any location to meet operational needs. Housed within a fully rugged mobile carrying-case, the COM-RDU is highly portable with app 24hrs of battery life. It’s fully pre-configured, and deployable in less than two minutes to provide back bone outreach communication at the touch of a button. The COM-RDU is ideally suited for emergency and crisis management scenarios where a IP network or WIFI hot Spots are required to create a network where others may be compromised. For emergency services and when secure temporary WIFI networks are required, the COM-RDU provides a portable, robust and secure Back Bone solution.

True-Com™ GSM Rapid Deployment Unit
The GSM-RDU (GSM-Rapid Deployment Unit) is part of the True-Com™ product line and gives you the ability to rapidly deploy a private, secure GSM network at any location to meet operational needs. Housed within a rugged mobile carrying-case, the GSM-RDU is highly portable with app 6hrs of battery life. It comes fully pre-configured, providing GSM coverage at the touch of a button. The GSM-RDU is ideally suited for emergency and crisis management scenarios where macro GSM coverage may be compromised by location, through direct intervention from the provider or simply by network congestion. Within the construction and maintenance sectors, where sites are temporary, the ability to rapidly provide an effective communications solution can save both time and money. For emergency services and when secure temporary telephony is required, the GSM-RDU provides a portable, robust and mobile secure solution.

Tactical Portable Power 1100
The TPP-1100 is a portable 1100 Watt Hours off-grid power PSU (Power Supply Unit) with removable batteries within a rugged mobile carrying-case.  The TPP1100 featuring a built-in 50Amp UPS function between AC, DC and Raw Battery inputs ports (10-36 VDC and 85-265 VAC @ 47 – 440Hz) and custom output ports with up to four regulated  voltages (5VDC, 12VDC, 24VDC and 48VDC). The TPP1100 supports up to six BB-2590/U batteries simultaneously discharging and charging via DC or AC power inputs. This is an essential battery box for any mission, for off- grid portable deployable power for industrial and military operations.

The TPP1100 can also support power distribution from multiple BB battery chemistries including BB-2590/U, BB-5590, BA-5390/U, BB-390.
