Product Development:
As soon as you have a need for a product to be developed or engineering services, contact our Business Development Manager he will work with you to determine if we are a good match for your current project(s). Our typical process for engaging on a new project involves the following four stages:
1: INQUIRY
This is an initial discussion between our business development manager to share our general skills and capabilities as well to evaluate if we might be a good fit for the project. After this discussion and if we go forward to the next stage we will establish a non-disclosure agreement to facilitate the exchange of further information.
2: DISCOVERY
This would be a detailed meeting about services required, with the members of the project. The meeting is to engage into a full understanding of the product and project scope of services required. Typically, this discussion will involve the review of existing documentation and the development of a preliminary project outline and requirements, with appropriate members of your team, our business development manager, engineers, and project manager.
3: PROPOSAL / STATEMENT OF WORK
Based on the information gathered in the discovery process (preliminary project outline and requirements), we mutually will create a detailed project proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) for the current project. This Statement of Work will be define as the project scope, activities, deliverables, schedule, costs, and proposed business terms. Working closely with you we will create and refine a Statement of Work that will satisfy both of our needs.
4: KICKOFF Meeting
Once we have reached an agreement on the project, Mobile Rugged will then assemble all of the required team members and resources needed to start the project. Typically most projects require a kickoff meeting outlining the full scope of the project by Mobile Rugged Project Manager.
